I went to Diamond because of the glowing reviews and I was not disappointed. I needed a ball gown quickly altered for a trip to Italy and a blanket cleaned. They did the job in under 24 hours and the man serving me was very attentive and thorough and efficient. Will return

Brought in a reversible Tommy Hilfiger puffer jacket with a lot of dirt and a hole on one of the arms. Both sides came out looking new and the hole was fixed up, and took a day less than expected. Will definitely be returning

We took a wedding dress and a pair of jeans in for alterations (both hard things to do!) They came out absolutely perfect, the wedding dress especially is an incredible job! We left them both there feeling full of confidence and collected them even happier than we could ever have expected. Alongside the work, the guys working there are the nicest ever. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks so much guys

One of the best dry cleansers I’ve dealt with in London! Dry cleaned plus wash + fold was done in 2 days! Very reasonably priced + super clean results!

Very bad fixing service for my trousers which caused further damage. I picked it up on site but the owner has shown very bad attitude and blamed it on me. Don’t know how it gets 4.9 with this kind of service and with a owner always blame and show no respect to customers.
