We only collect what's needed to identify your order and get your items back to you.
We collect personal data in a few different ways, depending on how you use our service:

We do not use your data for third-party marketing, and we don't currently run an email or SMS marketing list. Any order confirmation email you receive is transactional only — about that specific order.
We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles payment directly.
When you pay online, your card details are entered directly into Stripe's own secure checkout page. They are never transmitted to, seen by, or stored on Diamond TDC's website or servers.
Our order page only sends Stripe the details needed to charge the correct amount — the items in your basket, the total, and your delivery address — not any payment card information. Stripe processes the transaction under its own privacy policy and security standards, which you can review at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Collection and delivery is currently carried out in-house by Diamond TDC, so no third-party courier receives your details. If that changes, we'll update this section to name the courier used.
We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
We keep order and customer details as standard business records — get in touch if you'd like yours deleted.
We keep customer and order details — whether taken in-store for a drop-off ticket or through a website order — as part of our standard business and customer service records. This lets us look up past orders, resolve any issues, and meet our accounting obligations. Payment itself is processed and held by Stripe under their own policies, not by us.

We don't use cookies to track you, and your order basket isn't saved anywhere once you leave the page.
Our website analytics, provided by Cloudflare, is cookieless — it measures aggregate traffic without setting any tracking cookie or identifying individual visitors.
Our online order page does not use cookies, browser local storage, or a server-side session to store your basket. The items you add exist only in your browser's memory for as long as the page stays open — closing or refreshing the page clears your basket completely. When you check out, your basket and order details are sent directly to our server to create a Stripe payment session; nothing is retained on the order page itself between visits.
